Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

It is important to us that you will be happy with your item. If the item you bought does not meet your expectations, please complete the Returns Form within 7 days of receiving your purchase and if we cannot work it out we will refund you (not including shipping costs), as soon as the item arrives back at my address. Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct information regarding the product you buy. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Custom and Personalized Orders are exempt from being returned, as they are specially made.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we cannot work it out we will refund you (not including shipping costs).

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please contact us if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying both original and return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note that the color may appear slightly different than shown in our pictures as every roll of leather absorbs dyes differently. Moreover, the brightness may vary slightly from screen to screen. Finally, it's all HANDMADE. That's why each item has its own originality.
